Great venue overall. Waitress seemed a bit unsure about everything but perhaps she was new. Food was tasty.

The food was great but this was let down by the hesitant service we were told to sit where we liked but no table wax actually set properly . This made the initial impression not great however the food was amazing. You just need to concentrate on customer service and creating an ambience . Although we had booked it was like we weren’t expected weird considering how quiet it was. Get the customer service right and you will do well because the food was delicious

I love love shrimp shack, the best restaurant to get everything you need and want, never disappointed. The service is quick the representation of customer service is always on point, would always recommend.

I went to Noto in Croydon for the first time. I had a really good time. The service was really good and staff were so welcoming. The food was amazing and good portions, and very good value. The waitress was very helpful and accommodating. A really nice environment. I would definitely go again and would recommend.
