Great food full of flavour and generous portions. Staff are freindly and nothing is a problem. I would highly recommend this restaurant for good food and a pleasant night.

Palette is probably the best dining experience on the Gold Coast and is up there with the best restaurants in Australia. Ambience is relaxing, beautiful lighting and gentle. Service is friendly , well executed and informative. We had the tasting menu , which turned out to be excellent value at $150. The food is divine and the order of plates was perfect. Every serve was a taste sensation and somehow packed good nutrition ( including dessert) into a fine dining experience . It has quirky themed plates , served as a work of art. Well done. A must try restaurant if visiting the Gold Coast or living there. Bonus, beautiful rooftop bar, The Enthusiast, great ambience and views.
