We had a great brunch with lovely food. The service was excellent and the girls cheerful and helpful. Music level was a little loud for us, although it adds to the atmosphere, it is nice to be able to talk to family and friends without shouting.

This really is the most quaint backdrop, blissfully back in time, with lots of character. Very lovely staff and great food. BUT I am disappointed with the waitress in my arrival, a little early on my part and was waiting for my guest to join. Left me on my table, could had asked if I wanted a drink whilst I waited, then she did come back, waiting over 15 mins, then my guest arrived, I still didn't have my drink, then we both waited even longer for our drinks to arrive. This is my third visit to this venue, they do need to up this aspect of their service please. Even some still water on the table may suffice if busy. Was a very warm day. Loved the freshness and homemade recipes. Thank you.

Tracked down this lovely little restaurant for brunch. Nice, quiet location and we sat outside in the shade on a hot day. Brilliant food and great cocktails. Staff were very friendly. Worth the short walk to get away from the touristy crowds. Highly recommended.

It is a nice restaurant with a view of Southend airport which currently is very quite (the airport) The staff were very helpful and friendly which was great, the food was good and even with the starter of my partner being slightly over cooked, they removed it from the bill and thanked us for our genuine feedback. Overall i would return to the restaurant and could recommend it.
