Le Bouchon Brasserie & Hotel es un edificio de estilo georgiano de 300 años de antigüedad catalogado como grado II (En el Reino Unido los edificios de interés histórico o arquitectónico se enlistan de acuerdo al tipo de edificio. El lugar ha sido objeto de un programa extensivo de decoración para restaurar el edificio a su antigua gloria.
