El restaurante Chop House es una mezcla innovadora de parrillada inglesa y bar de cocteles, manejado por el mismo equipo del Montheits Restaurant, el Sygn Bar y The West Room. El restaurante Chop House hace mucho hincapié en la procedencia de los ingredientes y utiliza únicamente las mejores carnes de res obtenidas de proveedores artesanales escoceses. La carne se corta en el lugar y se añeja en seco durante un periodo de hasta 90 días para acentuar el sabor e incrementar la ternura de la carne. Amamos estos restaurantes, que solemos visitar en Londres. Esta es nuestra tercera vez en Ivy Edinburg, y todo ha ido de maera excelente. Nos ha encantado como siempre. Volveremos pronto! Muchas gracias por todo.

Fue una grata experciencia, queriamos comer carne de calidad y asi fue, todo de muy buena calidad y super bueno. Por poner algo a mejorar, los precios mas competitivos, pero merecio la pena.

Un restaurante dónde se come muy muy, muy bien, con una atención extraordinaria y, además, precioso. Cierto que no es barato, pero la calidad de la comida y la atención están en consonancia. Recomendable
