Best Romantic Restaurants in Dover

First time here. We were going to sit upstairs but decided to check out the tavern before dinner and there we stayed. Great vibe, food and service. The staff is extremely friendly and want to make sure you enjoy. We will be back!

This is the first time we’re here for lunch. We have been here for dinner and it was a great dinner experience. We’re from the Boston area and I’ve been looking for a good pizza place since we moved up to Southern Maine had not found it until today. We started with Caesar salad and a arugula and fig salad. Both were absolutely delicious for pizza. We had a large half black olive half green pepper. We also ordered a small, SOP pizza which was absolutely delicious as well as the green pepper and black olive pizza a beautiful bottle of Chianti Our server Nathaniel was outstanding, he’s very friendly and attentive. There’s so many delicious sounding items on the lunch menu. We’ll have to come back many times so we can work out way through the menu. Thank you for a great delicious dining experience.
