Set within CAST, a hidden gem in the heart of Helston, CAST Café offers delicious, seasonal food and approachable natural wines, delivered with warm and welcoming service. CAST Café is run by the duo that set up and managed Argoe (as Restaurant Manager and Head Chef for 3+ years), which received and maintained numerous accolades under their management. The couple are thrilled to now venture out on their own, continuing to offer great food and hospitality in this beautiful setting.
