    Cooper's Hawk has a good culture of service and care for the customer. Cuisine was prepared to expectations and tasted excellent. Timing of presentation at table was perfection. Wait staff, manager and cooks all very careful to make sure my wife's dietary concerns were met. Overall a great dining experience.

    My wife and I visited for the first time this evening. We found the drinks, appetizers, and meals incredibly good. We had the wagyu & duck sliders for an appetizer, my wife had the braised short rib, and I had the bacon on the bone. I can’t wait to go back and try this sliders again…we couldn’t say enough good things about the meal. With that said, we didn’t find the dessert (berry pie) to be that good. However, we would rate the overall experience to be a 9 out of 10.

    The food was amazing and the wait staff very attentive and knowledgeable. My husband and I each had an ensalada and shared three tapas which was the perfect amount of food. The flavor of the tapas was outstanding. Highly recommend MDRD.
