    Our dinner at Steak & Bourbon in downtown Louisville was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Spencer, our waiter, took amazing care of us, ensuring a flawless dining experience. The cocktails were expertly crafted and delicious, setting the perfect tone for the evening. One of the standout highlights was the homemade bread served with tallow butter—rich, flavorful, and the ideal start to the meal. Of course, the main event—the steaks—were cooked to absolute perfection, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The cream corn was luxuriously rich and creamy, complemented by crisp textures, while the fried potatoes were golden, crispy on the outside, and incredibly satisfying. Their wine menu offered a fantastic selection, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for our meal. To top it all off, we ended with a colossal slice of chocolate cake, which was the perfect way to celebrate our dear friend’s birthday. From the impeccable service to the outstanding food and drink, Steak & Bourbon delivered a truly memorable evening.
