Best Romantic Restaurants in Südstadt

Our table was placed on uneven ground. There was an unpleasant odour from drains. The food was excellent and the service good.

My brother and I are touring Germany and through google search for Nuremberg restaurants chose this one. At first , the menu was a bit difficult to understand as it is based on grouping courses for a larger meal experience. However, we are both not big eaters. But, after menu explanation by our delightful server, we managed to order a meal and have one of the most memorable dining experiences ever with artistic, creatively flavorful food! Started with bread and caviar butter, then a ramen that was to die for with a side of fried chicken, onto steak and lobster for our entree. Not huge portions but filling nonetheless. Everything was impeccably cooked to perfection. Finally, matcha ice cream to top it all off. Truly, an extraordinary dinner.

Fantastic experience. The potato wrapped in kolrabi was our favorite, along with the dessert mochi.
