Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Whitefish Bay

I often have the sole, but opted for the filet as did my dinner companion. The food and service were excellent as usual.

Top ratings. Seating was ready at the reserved time. Each dish properly matched the description. Great flavoring and texture. Quantities were spot-on. Service was friendly and thorough and efficient. Entire venue was clean. If you want to be very nit picky, the Happy Chicken had a great sauce, but the chicken itself did not seem to quite infuse the sauce flavor as thoroughly as it maybe could have had it been a slower/longer cook time. That said, there was a very nice finish on the chicken the way it was prepared. I loved the dish and would order it regularly. One other thought, and this may be more of a personal preference, the almond cookies were phenomenal and far exceeded the understated description. We almost did not have them had it not been for the server’s wonderful description. The only thing for me personally was that while the flavors melded beautiful and made the cookies to die for, it seemed slightly heavy on the strawberry jam to me, making it a bit sweeter than I desired. My favorite bite from the cookie was from the edge that had a hint less jam than the center. Again, probably just a personal preference since the jam is what made it for the rest of the table. A little something for everyone’s tastes. Great job! Phenomenal!

First experience was in Des Moines, Iowa and was fantastic. Second experience was here in Milwaukee and it was fantastic. I just wish staff would’ve closed the side door since it was 0° outside and people would utilize the front door where there was a vestibule preventing cold air from coming in every so often

We had an amazing dining experience. Seated at the counter for full view of the kitchen and the chef’s tasting menu. This restaurant is a well oiled machine, putting out amazing bites of food, staff is very friendly and engaging. Our only small complaint would be that in our opinion the dishes came out too quickly. We prefer to have a slower experience and take our time, but again that’s exclusive to our taste. We have done many chef’s tastings and this one definitely did not disappoint and we will return.

Took my boyfriend for his birthday. He has his own restaurant and is very particular so I was nervous about choosing a place we had never been. He thought it was spectacular and so did I. Our only disappointment was there were tooooooo many wonderful choices to try them all. I guess we will have to come back again soon!
