Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue."     My NAFSI experience was perfect! I was impressed upon entry when greeted by my table attendant Syeda H, who was warm, welcoming, and professional. The drinks were awesome, the appetizers were pleasing, and the entrees were phenomenal. The fried green tomatoes could have been a little meatier, but they were seasoned well. The blackened catfish, salmon, fried catfish, sweet potato corn bread, and the Brussel sprouts were da bomb!! I’ll be back again and again! Thank you to Syeda for making this a number 10 dining experience!
