Amazing experience. Caleb made fantastic suggestions on apps and entrees. Cockles really needed the house made bread to soak up the butter and white wine reduction. I’ll be coming back again.

The food portions of the 9-course menu are very filling, unlike a stereotypical "fine dining establishment." We celebrated my wife's birthday, and everything was truly memorable. From the warm welcome in the lounge to the excellent service and fantastic food, the coup de grâce was the surprise they shared at the end of the meal. This was the best meal we have shared in Houston and is a remarkable experience. The menu is highly seasonal, the wine pairings were expertly matched to each course, and the staff were outstanding. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion or want a delicious meal that leaves you full, March is definitely worth the effort to book.

This was for our anniversary, and Fiori did not disappoint. Their tasting menu has excellent options, and each was prepared to another level. Even the olive oil is noteworthy! Service was understated but vigilant, just what we needed for intimate conversation.
