    We enjoyed our dinner with our guests, ordering favorite traditional Peking Duck, the Dim Sum Platter, Hakka Noodles and the Grilled Honey Sea Bass, along with cocktails and sake. It was a memorable bday dinner for my goddaughter. This remains a favorite restaurant for modern and refined Chinese cuisine that is consistently delicious, well presented and reliable service. We shall continue to dine here.

    One of the Most Exciting Dining Experiences in Miami TL;DR: Sit at the counter. Watch Chef Osmel work. Every dish is thoughtful, precise, and unforgettable. The ribeye is a must. One of the best meals I’ve had in Miami—hands down. We sat at the counter and got front-row seats to watch Chef Osmel work his magic—an absolute masterclass in thoughtful, creative, and sustainable cooking. We started with the snapper crudo with leche de tigre and sapodilla. It was fresh, sweet, delicately creamy, and had just the right citrusy zing. Highly recommend. Next came the Key West shrimp, prepared using mise en place from a taco event the prior week—ingenious use of ingredients, and honestly to die for (and I don’t even like shrimp). The grilled Sebastián oysters followed. While I didn’t love the addition of nuts, the dish was beautifully presented and still delicious—I didn’t leave a bite behind. For my main, I had the tilefish—perfectly cooked with the crispiest skin I’ve ever encountered. The flesh melted in my mouth, and each bite was a succulent, crunchy, buttery, tangy experience, elevated by the green mango salsa. Then came the ribeye—a showstopper. Watching Chef Osmel slice the steak from a massive cut sourced from a cattle ranch in North Florida, then expertly prepare it over smoldering coals using multiple techniques, was mesmerizing. It tasted almost like wagyu, though it wasn’t. My mom ordered hers medium (a risky move at many places), but here it was juicy, tender, and flawless. The steak was served with two generously portioned, separately plated sides that made it a truly hearty meal: — A bright, beautifully balanced salad, likely romaine, on a bed of whipped, airy crème fraîche mixed with house-made white wine vinegar and shallots, topped with a citrusy vinaigrette—sweet but not too sweet. — And a bowl of double-fried yucca bites, crisp on the outside and pillowy inside, served with their own sauce.     The cocktails and non alcoholic cocktails so good. The food was amazing as always. We had the mushroom soup and raw tuna with fennel and both were outstanding. I shared the Dover Sole with my mother in law and it was delicious. We saved enough room for the pistachio profiteroles and they were light and so tasty. The alcohol free daiquiri I had was amazing. Thank you to the whole team
