We take great care in sourcing our produce direct from the best suppliers both locally and abroad.     I absolutely loved Darling’s! It’s such a wonderful surprise to find this beautiful little restaurant hidden away in Fish Island in a relatively obscure location. It truly is a hidden gem!! The design is gorgeous from the the flowered, wooden veranda outside to the cool, sleek interiors and open plan kitchen. It’s got a laid back yet stylish feel. I came for dinner and was incredibly impressed with the food. The best focaccia I think I’ve ever had, burrata with honey butter and truffle, mafaldine, gnocchi and a very cheeky tiramisu to finish were highlights for me - but really, everything was delicious and beautifully served. The service was very friendly and attentive, I felt relaxed and well looked after. I don’t drink but they had a really great selection of non alcoholic options for me to enjoy and choose from when many places have a much more limited selection - which was another pleasant surprise! I really can’t recommend this enough. It’s a unique, independent dining experience found in a place you would never expect. Just wonderful - bravo!!
