Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Linwood

We had an incredible dinner at Martina’s in Ventnor and were blown away by both the food and the service. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. We started with the beef carpaccio and grilled octopus—both were fresh, beautifully plated, and seasoned just right. The spicy rigatoni vodka had the perfect kick and creaminess, and the linguini with clams was a standout—briny, garlicky, and so satisfying. The veal Milanese was crispy, tender, and paired perfectly with a light salad. We also shared one of their pizzas, which had a perfectly charred crust and just the right balance of toppings. Service was warm, attentive, and never rushed. You can tell this place takes pride in what they do. Martina’s is a gem and absolutely worth a visit—one of the best meals we’ve had in a while!

We have never been disappointed, food was and as usual excellent. Also, if you ask for something a bit different they will also please. Our waiter Ernest is also exceptional goes beyond to please. Ernest has a pleasant and friendly disposition. We will definitely go back. Thank you
