I was a touch disappointed to miss the iconic violin-playing chef, but the service was stellar: fast, friendly, and attentive. We chose the three-course menu, and every dish shone. My beef Wellington was a masterpiece, with tender, juicy beef in crisp pastry, ranking among my top three steaks ever. The crème brûlée was divine, with a crisp sugar crust and creamy custard. My wife’s seared tuna starter was vibrant and expertly prepared, and her chocolate ganache was rich and indulgent. Tartare’s elegant yet welcoming vibe made the night special.
