Edo Asia is a beautifully decorated restaurant. The ambience and environment were truly the stars of the show. The staff were polite, kind-looking, and welcoming, but not always the most prompt. This is at no fault of their own, it was incredibly busy when we went, but I wish they'd have been a more efficient way to beckon a waiter over. I think the biggest critique I'd have of the restaurant is the noise level and music type. The music was SO loud, I could barely hear my Dad from across the table, and twice we called over a waiter who couldn't hear us over the loud music. Sadly, I had a massive headache and had to leave within an hour. Also, the type of music was as if we were in a club, not what I was expecting from an Asian restaurant, and a stark contrast to the beautiful ambience. I'm sure others would find it pleasurable; it revolves around personal preference. However, despite the restaurant's shortcomings, the food was truly top-quality stuff, expensive, but tasty. I just wish I could've ordered more without breaking the bank. Additionally, they are happy to box your food, which, for me, who felt sick, was a big plus, and even sang happy birthday to me and provided a complimentary cheesecake. I wish I could go again when I feel better to re-evaluate the restaurant as a whole.

Great outdoor restaurant on the beach. Small play park to keep the children entertained. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

This was a highlight for my 50th birthday. We had a table at the window with the best view of the harbour.. dinner over a sunset and it was a clear day .. it was spectacular. We were served by a lovely lady called Shadey, and she was so welcoming and thoughtful, saw to our every need and was on point with recommendations on food . The food was well presented and tasted fabulous. Be warned , small portions for what you pay, but it was really delicious. A wonderful evening with a piano player who serenaded us all from around 7:30pm.. but the sunset views.. there are no words to express the beauty of it. Thank you for a memorable experience on my special day. We shall return!
