The fine dining restaurant 1215 at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. All tastes are carefully considered with wellbeing at the heart of everything we produce. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside. It also features a heating system so can be used all year round. It's the perfect space a romantic table of 2, a family dinner or for an event of up to 40 guests seated or 60 guests standing

    A wonderful place a time out of time. We went with friends to celebrate my birthday. The staff were excellent. They seemed to want to serve you. Having lived in Asia for some time it was like transporting back there. The food was very good. A recommended destination for the discerning.

    First visit and was looked after very well. The service was exceptional and looking forward to going back time and time again. Great choice of flavours for shisha and various cocktails. Great music and DJ. Didn't have a meal but the fruit platter was amazing. Highly recommend. Can't wait to try the Greek food next door and attend future events. Thank you to the management and staff at Samaa!

    The manageress of the Terrace Restaurant was excellent And made us feel very welcome She was very professional and very friendly The food was excellent We enjoyed the whole experience Our first time at the hotel Regards Martin berriman
