Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Columbia City

Fogo de Chão is one of my favorite restaurants because every time I go, it feels like a little trip to Brazil. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far. The location felt small and cramped compared to others, and I was surprised to see only two Brazilian staff members—neither of whom was my server. Early on, it was frustrating to see several staff members sitting in booths on their phones while service lagged. That said, the meat was great, the fruit was fresh, and the salad bar exceeded expectations. I was especially happy to see cooked mozzarella on skewers and feijoada offered—both of which added a nice touch of authenticity. The limonada was refreshing, though the caipirinha was unfortunately watered down. This visit won’t stop me from going again, but it will make me think twice about visiting this location.

Host and waiter were wonderfully personal and engaged. Fantastic service, food, and environment.

I had a great celebratory meal here for five people. The food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly and confessional. I highly recommend the restaurant overall, and specifically the roasted cauliflower and hearth bread. The pizzas were super yummy as well.

I adore GH so much! This particular trip was super loud though (3 babies crying the whole time + 2 young kids running around the patio), but that isnt GH's fault in the slightest. We love it here! Spaghetti + rigatoni - flawless Pizza - flawless Drinks - yum!
