Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Archived Accounts

10/10 - nested gem in WeHo that everyone has to visit at least once! Right sized portions, creative drinks that are delicious and service that goes above and beyond.

My daughter and I dined at Ocean Prime yesterday on Mother's Day. It was a 10/10 experience. We were greeted by a very friendly and professional host and was seated by an even friendlier hostess, we arrived very early for our reservation so waited a bit for a table, but they got us seated sooner than we expected since the restaurant was extremely busy. Tim was our server, and he was extremely nice and the perfect person to wait on us for Mother's Day, he was outgoing, lively and made an excellent impression and started our dinner off right. We began with the Shrimp Cocktail 10/10, then the crab cake 100/10 - it was sooooo good; my daughter had various sushi which she said was amazing. I ordered the 10 oz filet - tender and flavorful 10/10, along with grilled asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce 9/10, delicious and my daughter order the parmesan fries 100/10 - one of our favorites, highly recommend! We ended with the butter cake, again perfection 10/10. The entire meal far exceeded our expectations; we will definitely go back here to dine. We ate outside on the patio and the ambiance was pure Beverly Hills perfection - a slight breeze under large umbrellas so no sun was directly on us, the booth was very comfortable - again 5 stars all the way. When we return, I will not change a thing and order the exact same things and hopefully sit outside in one of the comfy booths. Totally amazing.

Highly popular, so expect a lot of talking and a higher noise level. If you can, try to get a seat in their patio area or the side that their coffee bar is on (less noisy). Always on point with their seasonal or specialty drinks - don’t miss out! I’ve been here a handful of times now and the food never disappoints. Very friendly staff - always kind. This particular visit we may have gotten someone newer on staff. But he was still very sweet.

Great vibes from the DJ with music to a level that you can actually still have a conversation. The food was great. I enjoyed the fried rice in the chicken and then the people are good at the bar to be able to mingle with people.

Our host and waiter was very attentive, overall excellent experience.
