Una súper experiencia, la comida estuvo deliciosa, el ambiente muy agradable y el servicio fue súper amable. Se los recomiendo ampliamente.

We shared another outstanding meal at Maximo. The restaurant seems to improve each visit. The tasting menu this week impressed and the service was excellent.

Muy buena atención de Rodolfo y Samuel, comimos rib eye con risotto de hongos y fue lo mejor, lo recomiendo bastante además de la mezcalina de frutos rojos

Very beautiful restaurant. Loved the layout. The service was A1. I dined outside on the 1st level. I had the fennel salad that was very good and a feta cheese and mushroom pasta that was tasty just a little too heavy on the mushrooms for me. Overall my meal was delicious and healthy (for the health conscious folks this is a great place). I enjoyed my meal with a glass of Alsace sparkling wine. Lastly I ordered the condensed goat milk tart to go. Haven't eaten yet but I actually visited based on the tart reviews. I so hope that I enjoy it!
