Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Despite this big change, our principles initially founded remain the same: to offer food that distinguishes the best of local products.

    Very beautiful restaurant. Loved the layout. The service was A1. I dined outside on the 1st level. I had the fennel salad that was very good and a feta cheese and mushroom pasta that was tasty just a little too heavy on the mushrooms for me. Overall my meal was delicious and healthy (for the health conscious folks this is a great place). I enjoyed my meal with a glass of Alsace sparkling wine. Lastly I ordered the condensed goat milk tart to go. Haven't eaten yet but I actually visited based on the tart reviews. I so hope that I enjoy it!

    Los alimentos de calidad. Pedimos varias cosas pero no tenían disponible como el abulon y la almeja chocolate. Pero lo que comimos estuvo delicioso.

    Buena comida con platos típicos peruanos. Mucha gente de esa nacionalidad comiendo en el restaurante lo que habla de su fidelidad a esta gastronomía. Pasamos un buen rato y cerramos con una copa de pisco Portón que recomendamos no perderse. Pídalo puro, no mezclado.
