- JJustineOrange County •7 reviews5.0Dined on May 4, 2025Absolutely loved Ophelia! The rooftop vibes are incredible - it’s got these stunning 360-degree views of the East River and Manhattan that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. The space is cozy but elegant, with this cool vintage, art deco feel, and the glass-enclosed terrace is perfect for any weather. We went on a rainy day, and it was still beautiful! Drinks were top-notch - creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. It’s definitely a great spot for date night or catching up with friends over cocktails and skyline views (we did both!). We’ll be back!More infoOpheliaPrice: Moderate• American• Midtown East•4.2
