The Bison Spring Fling dishes are great and very good deal. We had a great time.

The food, service, and drinks were amazing. We were slightly confused by the atmosphere - the menu, prices, furniture, decor, etc., suggested an upscale restaurant, but it's like they combined it with a sports bar. Half the staff were wearing white uniform shirts and the others were in sports jerseys; they had a bar area that was clearly being used as a sports bar with a large amount of TV's and screaming hockey fans (there was a game on). Overall it was great, just not what we were expecting and it was hard to enjoy our $250 two-person (three course) dinner because every time the Oilers scored the place absolutely erupted.

It wa the perfect meal and gem rest environment. We had a 7:30 booking in. A Saturday which was excellent timing. Absolutely amazing staff.

Great food and service. Would highly recommend it.
