The food and restaurant were great! The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. They were very dirty and not at all maintained. I felt like I was back at a college bar. There was no soap in the containers, just a hand soap bottle left on the sink that was uncomfortable to even touch. No paper towels, very little toilet paper. The floor was littered. The walls had graffiti. I was so disappointed and the condition made me worry about what the kitchen looked like. For a restaurant in Crocker park, where the prices were high, should not have a restroom that looks like that! It’s not like they were too busy to get to it either as there were only two or three tables filled with customers to take care of. Thus will keep me from going to this place again.

Our first time here, it’s been on our list. Tonight’s special was a lobster risotto and outstanding. I had a Sacchetti white truffle and was in heaven. Definitely coming back

Food and service were great but the drinks were pretty expensive. Live and learn!

We had a large group and attended the Kentucky Derby watch party. We had two tables and the service was impressive. “Mimi” was our server. She was on point with our food and drinks. The food was very good. We had lots of options to choose from.

We recently celebrated my dad’s 56th birthday at Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse in Crocker Park, Westlake, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make the evening special. They surprised us by printing a personalized birthday message with my dad’s name on the menu, a thoughtful gesture that truly delighted him. Our servers, Megan and Mark, were outstanding, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the evening. The chef treated us to some delightful surprise appetizers, showcasing creativity and flavor that set the tone for the meal. The highlight, however, was the Wagyu steak. Understanding that Wagyu isn’t always available at this location, we made a reservation and Mike was awesome and ensured it was sourced from another location in advance. The steak was exceptional, rich, tender as butter, and cooked to perfection. It’s a premium offering that we’d love to see featured more regularly at the Westlake location. Hyde Park Westlake delivers on both ambiance and culinary excellence. For those seeking a memorable dining experience, especially with premium offerings like Wagyu steak, this is the place to be. Kudos to Mike and the entire team for making our celebration so special.
