The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the U.S. after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013 when he was the head chef at OPUS V the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and at the time he was the youngest chef in Germany to lead a two-star kitchen. More recently, in 2022 Epoca by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland was awarded one Michelin star. Chef Tristan Brandt and Chef de Cuisine Timo Steubing showcase an exquisite balance of French tradition and contemporary innovation. Thoughtfully crafted using only the finest ingredients, ensuring every bite is an experience and each course reflects the chefs’ mastery of flavor and technique.
