- YYaarianaBaltimore / Maryland •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went to celebrate a friend's birthday and it was wonderful. We were in a room off the main dining area and we ordered cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts. The bill for five adults with everything we ordered was around $100 a person, and the quality, service and selection was well worth it. Elkridge furnace inn continues to be my favorite restaurant, and chef Dan and the rest of the staff make every visit special.More infoThe Elkridge Furnace InnPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Elkridge•4.8
- AAllisonWashington, D.C. Area •13 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoThe Standford Grill was a restaurant my family enjoyed dining at because of their good service and cozy decor. The staff is always very pleasant and the wait staff is very attentive. But after Standford Grill was renamed as Glenwood's, the quality of the food has gone downhill with price increases. We've visited Glenwood's several times yet the food continues to be disappointing. For example, my mom and I had the seasonal mushroom soup which was $16 for a bowl , approximately 6oz of salty vegetable broth with mushrooms &crunchy wild rice grains. I typically enjoy their Peartini but they were heavy handed with the pear puree. The spinach and artichoke dip tastes like a reheated frozen appetizer from Trader Joe's. These are just a few examples of what we used to order but are no longer worth ordering because they are pricey and no longer enjoyable. Hopefully, management will make an attempt at improving the quality of their food especially if other customers feel similarly. In the meantime, my family will explore other options in the area.More infoGlenwood's - Stanford Grill: ColumbiaPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Columbia•4.7

- EEllaWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined on Jun 21, 2025We were there to celebrate my birthday. The food was delicious. I had the seafood gumbo. I tried it once before and it is still my favorite. Will definitely order again. My husband had the shrimp and grits. He said that it’s the best that he ever had. Our waitress was very good and attentive. She brought out a dessert for me to celebrate my birthday. She was great.More infoAshling Kitchen & BarPrice: Moderate• American• Crofton•4.6
