The Inn was constructed in the mid-1920's as a small piece of the very unique Mariemont community, founded by Mary Emery. The National Exemplar Restaurant was named after learning that Mary Emery once referred to her developing community as the National Exemplar, meaning national model community.

    Trio's continues to deliver a consistently great meal with excellent service. This time, we had the Kenwood salad, french onion soup, hamburger and rigatoni. All of the food was excellent and our service was perfect. It was nice to get a hamburger cooked to our specification with many options to customize it. The fries were hot and crispy - overall just a delicious meal. The atmosphere was quiet so we could hold a conversation at the table despite the restaurant being full. Trio's quality remains superb and it continues to be one of our favorite restaurants. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and an enjoyable outing.

    Our first time here. Great service Morgan was our server, she was excellent. We really enjoyed talking with her . We had a wonderful time ! We will definitely be back !

    Worth a trip downtown. Always provides a good food experience. Visit the Taft Museum before or after eating lunch .And walk in Lytle park.The hotel is 4 stars and so is Subito..

    National Exemplar is a dependable choice for a low key meal. Quiet, easy parking. Something on the menu to please everyone. The mushroom soup is fantastic.
