The National Exemplar Restaurant was named after learning that Mary Emery once referred to her developing community as the National Exemplar, meaning national model community.

    Subito is one of my favorite restaurants! We often come here for special occasions, and last night's meal was no different as I hosted out of town guests for dinner. They were so impressed by the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the delicious food! I was proud to be able to offer them the experience of this lovely restaurant jewel.

    We had tickets to the theater for a 7:30 show. The waiter made sure we were on schedule and guided us on when to order and when to wrap things up. We were at the theater in plenty of time to be seated.

    Really enjoyed our brunch experience at this restaurant. A great menu with some special options available. The ambiance was comfortable and welcoming. The service was very good and everything came out as expected. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience with remarkable food. And, if you are a fan of pimento cheese, I highly recommend trying anything with the house made pimento.
