This was the second one time that I had eaten at Brazen. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Both nights, our server was Sophie, who did an excellent job of looking after us. The food was delicious!! The smoked bone marrow airline beef tartare was absolutely the best that I have ever had... a And the Creme Brule was decadently delicious!! We'll be back next time that we are in Banff.
