Dining at any of the Biltmore restaurants is always a pleasure. We love The Dining Room for special occasions because of its more formal atmosphere but excellent food & service. We were served by Elijah, and he was most excellent - courteous, helpful and efficient with a great sense of humor. We had a Salmon feature and the Black Grouper and both seafood dishes were excellent.

Wonderful First Time Dining Experience at Ukiah!! The food and service were extraordinary! My husband and I ordered the tasting menu as an introduction to the restaurant. The dishes were creative and absolutely delicious! The service was excellent. We loved our whole experience! We’ll be back.

What a delightful evening dining on the patio :) Brian and Tina were very attentive, kind and professional. Food was top notch! We ordered chips/onion dip - super tasty, grilled asparagus- mouth watering!, salmon was delicious with perfect crispy skin and the pork loin was cooked perfectly. We are now locals and will be returning frequently. Yummy!!
