Inspired by yakitori izakayas, Big Night is going to be putting seasonal British-ish produce on sticks and cooking it on our charcoal grill. The food will be simple, loud and fun, perfect to be eaten with a beer in hand and friends at your side.The menu will draw on a variety of influences rather than pretending to adhere to the concept of an authentic cuisine (this is not a Japanese restaurant). With respect to traditions, we will be cooking with integrity and creativity with ingredients and flavours that we love and are passionate about, in a way that is innovative rather than traditional, and most importantly, tasty tasty delicious.     Nice, calm atmosphere, situated on top of the Gantry. Customer service was great, so much so that you’ll easily leave a tip. Food was really nice; from the complimentary bread and starters to the mains, everything was delicious, well cooked, and presented well — 9/10 here. Only con is price is a bit steep for the location and decor was nice but standard compared to other STK locations: you’ll spend close to £200 for a starter, 2 mains, and 2-4 cocktails against somewhere more upmarket in central. Dress code is casual but most people come a little more dressed up. All in all, 7.5-8/10 overall, would definitely come back.

    Great spacious venue with good indoor & outdoor spaces. Nice and air conned on a hot day. Music was great, food was great. Problem with the toilets which was a pain but they resolved it pretty quickly

    We had a lovely family meal for Father’s Day. It was busy and there was a long wait for our food however when it came, it was absolutely delicious. The giant Yorkshire puddings were yummy but we couldn’t finish and the bread sauce and tender chicken was delicious.
