Best Restaurants with Bar Seating in Royal Oaks

Magdalena's is an exceptional pasta and pizza (and more) restaurant with outstanding salads and appetizers. The chef's experience and abilities shine. Prices are not excessive, but the price of a few dishes reflect the cost of their extremely high-quality ingredients.

The food was very delicious and I enjoyed the sushi they had. The service was average. No one looks even happy to be there, or the people who attended to us. Wanted to enjoy an evening at a new spot and support them. The lady there who came around, I thought was our server but was more interested switching the mini table lights around the tables that were occupied. Why not just keep the lights at each table and turn them on when occupied. Once we figured out she wasn’t our waitress and was just playing hot potato with the lights we were attended by our waiter. He tried to be helpful but appeared scared. He could have been new, that is all. The trufflelafugus was something that blew my mind. So amazing. Also had the kaarage and it was goood with the Serrano aioli. Food good. Service meh. Not terrible but meh

Sat right down on the patio where it is much quieter. Drinks take a little longer than I would like but the food came out on time. Having some kind of cooling on the patio would definitely help. Overall a high value experience for us.
