Very pleasant experience at SHIA. The 5-course tasting menu is very satisfying. Even with familiar tasting profiles, each dishes is unique and doesn’t resemble anything I had before (especially the main course). Staff are all very helpful and patient with questions. The menu is changing seasonally so I’m excited to come back and experience new menu next time!

Causa did a marvelous job-every bite we had of the tasting menu was delicious and the wine pairings were delightful. It was a tour de force exploring the asiatic influences of Peruvian cuisine. Delightful. Would go again.
