The attention to detail was second to none. The wait staff was extremely considerate and quick to respond to any need. The pace of the restaurant is laid back. This is not a quick, one hour, dinner experience. You need arrive with an expectation of slowing down and enjoying your food courses, as you experience some of the best food you will ever have. One of the highlights that exemplified the detailed experience was the croutons in the Caesar salad. At most places these are a simple choice, simply toast some bread. At Dirty French, the croutons were precisely cut, evenly sized, and were a texture masterpiece. Crunchy and evenly browned on the outside while being soft and flavorful on the inside. A texture differential that was enjoyable and unexpected.
