Lovely high tea. The door man is lovely and has sense of humor. Servers were attentive and professional.

Warm welcome upon entry. Good atmosphere, good menu. We chose the Sunday roast and it didn’t disappoint. Good sized portion, meat tender and plenty of vegetables. Service very friendly but you could see they needed more staff as it was busy, so we had to wait slightly longer which was understandable. The was our second visit and we hope to come back again soon.

Authentic Indian food. The puri's were divine. The samosa's were served with a chickpea sauce - not something I would choose but turned out they were delicious. Shared the meat platter which was all cooked to perfection and spiced beautifully. Wine by the bottle was reasonably priced and, if i recall, all under £30. I didn't have a child with me but was delighted to see that the kids menu was all authentic Indian food also - no fish fingers/burgers or nuggets here Service was relaxed but professional, if a little hectic - but they did have a birthday party to tend to which seemed to be around 50ppl of all ages, which they managed very well and didn't impede the other diners. Overall, a great restaurant which i will definitely be going back to.

The room we were in was pleasant and as there were only 2 tables of people having afternoon tea it was quiet in there, so easy to chat. The service was good - very pleasant people. The food and selection was good - nothing spectacular but all very tasty, and we were given boxes to take away anything we couldn't finish. The only thing that would mark it down for us was they we were not offered a top-up of tea. We would probably have been given it if we had asked, but other venues offer it without you having to ask.

The breakfast is so so , a lot of frozen food . It's a good hotel
