Our first visit and we really enjoyed it. We sat outside as it was a lovely day, and the Shires was quite quiet. Service was friendly and quick. Our baguettes were very nice, just right for lunch. We meant to have dessert but unbelievably forgot, so will have to visit again soon! Highly recommended 👍

Not been here for many years. Belated birthday Sunday lunch with a friend. Only us in the Bistro at 13.00, it got busier from 14.0. Excellent choice of help yourself starters called Market Table great idea. Then it's either Roast Beef or Chicken for main with lots of vegetables. Good wine list but expensive. I have booked again.
