Having received a voucher for afternoon tea at Cask & Clyde my wife and I booked a table through Open Table. The booking experience was fairly easy and although I'd made a mistake with the date, it wasn't difficult to cancel and get it right a second time. Cask & Clyde itself was a fantastic venue. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the food was nice. The place itself was spotless and exceptionally well kept, which is a big plus over regular dining out experiences. Although our time was relativy short and we didn't venture beyond trying the afternoon tea, we decided that we would revisit for a meal the next time we're at a show. Perhaps even booking a room at the Double Tree.

Good food, fair portions and great service. As this was a special occasion for us we were delighted with everything and, therefore, I'm highly recommending the place.

The Shepard's pie was very nice! I would order it again. It was a small portion and would need something along with it if you want a filling meal.

Lovely hotel restaurant with good food and drink that's reasonable for the quality. We went during peak dinner hours on a Tuesday, and it was quiet and comfortable but still only a window away from one of Glasgow's most lively areas.
