The personnel is extremely friendly. The food is excellent . We were there for the tea time . Do not be put off by the cafe because of the scaffolding in front of the cafe. Go in.. the ambiance and decor are great. One of our highlights of our London stay!

We had a long lunch sitting outside in the sunshine . Great food and drinks. The waiter was fabulous. Funny and gave us just the right amount of attention. I felt he loves his job Highly recommend this lively place with all its quirky nick naks and lovely old crockery. Cakes are delish too!

My morning here was a great experience. I was really blown away by the atmosphere of the place, I felt like I was in a quaint corner of Italy rather than in the middle of Stratford. I would say that it was more of an experience than just breakfast. Absolutely stunning from the decor to the staff uniforms to that beautiful seat by the large windows. And the Iced Spanish Latte was perfect for a warm summers morning!

The venue is beautiful and a calm setting with great views. The food was on the whole was ample and a good selection. The sandwiches were a little dry on both sides and although there was a great selection of cakes, there were three of us and sometimes only 1 or 2 of the mini cakes on offer. Everything else had three eg three sandwiches, three scones Every all it was a great experience and value for money.
