The staff, food, drinks everything was wonderful. Everything we were given to eat was home made and super delicious, especially the lavender cake i tried it was so tasty . All of the lovely ladies that served us today too made the experience here top notch, so polite and kind to us. It was my dad’s father’s day treat and he’s very picky with afternoon tea, but this was “perfect” ( his words) . Thankyou to all the staff at Dormouse Haven for an amazing time !!

We were the only people in the restaurant when we arrived at 7pm. There was a function upstairs. We ordered the Tomahawk steak, no starters, and it took over 50 minutes for our food to arrive. We assumed it was due to staff trying to cover the function as well as the restaurant. We didn't get any feedback from the waiting staff. When the food arrived it was excellent and tasty, it was just a shame it took so long to arrive. Other people arrived around 7.45pm and they were served much more quickly than we had been.

Such a lovely place, the staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for us, the food was well presented & good quality, the steak & duck were perfectly cooked pink will definitely recommend C& C

Restaurant was lovely. Food very good and service excellent, Little issue with the bill as it wasn’t marked against our room that dinner allowance was included. This was all sorted next day. Joe went above and beyond for us
