The Brasserie offers a modern, contemporary menu with a regularly changing seasonal menu. Both the kitchen and front of house are staffed by college students on the diploma courses. The dishes offered are based on the development of the students in mind.With the introduction of the Josper Grill, we have added a new section promoting our own 21-day aged beef as well as lamb, poultry, and pork. We pride ourselves on smoking our produce, which we use throughout the year on our menus.All income from The Vincent Rooms is re-invested into the Capital City College's Hospitality and Culinary Arts department.

All alongside an extensive range of British & Belgian beer, self-imported French wine, Andronica's marvellous coffee & tasty cocktails. Our bar is the product of over 20 years’ work by couple Kay and Peter Sinden, who have now passed on the daily running of the place to their own children.
