Mr. Schneider built hotels, schools, banking institutions, office complexes and medical facilities but his greatest achievement was his family. Mr. and Mrs. Schneider had six children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. In the Schneider family Sunday dinner was a time when they could all sit around a table and be together. In homage to the Schneider family Sunday supper, we have created AL’s Table. AL’s Table serves the same dishes your family and the Schneider family had at the dining room table for Sunday supper with a Louisville twist. Many of our menu items came from Mr. Schneiders favorites provided to us from his family.
