The concept of family Molcho is that everyone is able to try a little of everything, and pots and pans are taken from the kitchen and placed directly on the table without any airs or graces. In the 10th Floor you can enjoy the varied cuisine and panoramic views of Berlin and the Tiergarten.A buffet breakfast is available by reservation only at cost of 32€ per person. This price includes hot and cold items, juices, specialty coffees, sekt and even a la carte dishes such as Shakshuka, Omelettes and other seasonal specials. In den schönen Räumlichkeiten sind noch die detailreichen Holzarbeiten und Deckengesimse von 1860 und den 1920er Jahren erhalten. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde die Oranien Apotheke im Juni 2020 als ORA wiedereröffnet.Bei der Qualität der verwendeten Zutaten gehen wir keine Kompromisse ein. Wir beziehen die besten verfügbaren Produkte aus biologischem, nachhaltigem und regenerativem Anbau, unter anderem von unserem eigenen Hof im Spreewald. Unser Fisch wird von kleinen Fischkuttern gefangen und unser Fleisch stammt aus Wildfang oder aus ethischer Tierhaltung.

We have been inspired by the rich history of the place - the Französischer Dom (French Cathedral). This is what the modern, French-inspired cuisine and of course the name Hugo & Notte stand for. Named after the French religious refugees, the Huguenots, who built a church here around 1700 and in whose basement the restaurant is located. Anima is for everybody. It is a place where you'll be able to meet friends for coffee, wine, or cocktails and some food — all of that within the sound experience. You'll be able to listen to a wide range of music on our customized Hi-Fi sound system built by our friend "H.A.N.D.hifi", based in Berlin. (Our mixer was also built here in Berlin by a company called "Resor"; it was important for us to work with locals for this process).
