The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.Children's Policy: No under 12 year olds.
This relaxed restaurant, a short stroll away from the mansion house, is arustic space featuring an upstairs bar and a wall of windows overlookingits own alfresco terrace. The kitchen dishes up brasserie-style food inbuzzy surroundings – think sharing platters, burgers and steaks – toppedoff with classic British desserts. The informal atmosphere with charminglyquirky decor (note the ‘chandeliers’ made of copper saucepans) encapsulatethe laid-back, convivial feel of Coworth Park.

The restaurant is delicately illuminated by contemporary light
installations, and its clever separation of dining spaces creates an
intimate atmosphere. For larger parties, there’s a private dining room
seating up to 12 guests.

The founder is a mother of three who was looking for places locally to have a nice coffee and some lovely brunch whilst my older children were at school and I had the little one with me.Locally there wasn’t anything except for the coffee shop chains who didn’t offer proper meals during those core school hours where you want to be able to have enough time to enjoy your meal but also get out by 2pm on time for the school run. There are plenty of places for lunch that open from 12 but women like the founder who maybe would like to meet a friend for a coffee and brunch there wasn’t anything.This is why I decided to start Nashtaa. Where we can all go have a lovely cup of tea or coffee, a nice brunch with a fusion twist and a homemade slice of cake to top it off! All in a beautiful Instagram worthy setting.
