Great attentive and professional service, we couldn’t praise the wait staff more. Food was good, and everyone enjoyed the dishes they ordered. Wonderful atmosphere and surroundings, our table had a wonderful view from the picture window of the water and surrounding trees. Very pretty. A must visit restaurant in Staines. We will be back. Highly recommend

Went with my family very warm welcome on arrival service was quick staff were lovely friendly,food was outstanding slightly expensive but you could see why,massive congratulations to the chef overall we will be back can’t fort nothing about evening congratulations to you all

Was meeting a friend from abroad who was staying at Marriott & carluccios seemed perfect. The menu is varied & not overly priced for what you get...high quality & good portions. Waiting staff were very polite & friendly. I don't agree with paying for parking on top of that at all & never have. We spent enough on the meal & we would frequent more often if they waived parking fees for paying guests & visitors

First time at the Bell. I live in Spain but was in the UK visiting family in the area. We went for the Sunday Roast in order to see whether it may be suitable for Xmas day lunch. I'm happy to say the roast was lovely, freshly prepared (yorkshire puddings with every meat choice, always a bonus) and a good list of extra sides if required. There was also a good selection of starters and desserts. I spoke with the chef who was lovely and the waiting staff very attentive too. The decor was spot on and there's a nice outside terrace too. We shall be booking for Xmas.
