Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in Milton Keynes

We knew about this restaurant as we had been to the one in Somerset House which was fabulous. Came to Milton Keynes for a birthday weekend so knew we had to go to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint it was delicious . The service was ok . We ordered the Thalli but the waiter just put them down didn’t say what each dish was . Then came to clear away twice before we had finished. One waiter came back to ask if the spice level was ok . Drinks were a long time coming and we were never asked if we wanted any more. I would go again for the food if we were ever in Milton Keynes but for £150 I would expect a bit better service

I absolutely love Pho. The food is delicious and the service outstanding. Our waiter was really knowledgeable and each dish served came with recommendations on how to eat it to get the best flavours and experience.

The food at Brasserie Blanc is actually excellent, but if you are looking for a french restaurant experience, since Raymond Blanc sold the chain this is no longer it. Heartwood Inns that now own the chain have the best suppliers for steak that you will find anywhere and so the chateaubriand is outstanding. But if you know any of the pubs in the chain you will find the menu is almost identical. They have added escargots to give a sense of frenchness and I enjoyed these. Don't get me wrong, the food is really good, just a little mass produced.
