Absolutely loved Ophelia! The rooftop vibes are incredible - it’s got these stunning 360-degree views of the East River and Manhattan that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. The space is cozy but elegant, with this cool vintage, art deco feel, and the glass-enclosed terrace is perfect for any weather. We went on a rainy day, and it was still beautiful! Drinks were top-notch - creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. It’s definitely a great spot for date night or catching up with friends over cocktails and skyline views (we did both!). We’ll be back!

Much more than a neighborhood tavern. Really first class cuisine and excellent service

Pre Theatre menu was a great deal, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was very attentive and personable.

This was our first time in the restaurant although we ordered delivery many times and have been very happy. This time at the sushi bar we tried the highest level Omakase in celebration of Chef Oyama's birthday month. Chef Oyama was phenomenal and his omakase was much better than many which are much more expensive in other restaurants. We had an extremely pleasant time and every bite was super delicious. The side dishes and amuse bouche were also fantastic. Highly recommend Ryusei. Their take out/delivery orders are delicious as well, but Omakase really spoke for itself. Our best Japanese meal is a while. Maitre d'it Haruki-san and our waiter Kenichi gave outstanding service. We will be back.
