Nestled in the heart of Houston’s West University neighborhood at 6119 Edloe Street, Maximo is a progressive Mexican restaurant from the Local Foods Group team that combines authenticity and adventure. We absolutely loved our dinner here! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The restaurant itself is such a cool, chic vibe - perfect for the heights. The food was the absolute best part! Every single bite was amazing. Our favorites were the aguachile shrimp and the fried chicken!! Definitely coming back to share with friends

Place was busy and there was less wait staff than usual, our server (Hector) did a great job, with other non-wait staff helping out. Our food and drinks were great , the place was clean and organized…..all in all a great brunch.
