Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn’t seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around.
